Muffin..muffin…and muffin again! Yes, it is a muffin time! Like I’ve said on my previous post, My delicious Raspberry muffins with chocolate, I am so tempted to make another variation of muffin. And tonight I did it by using Delia Smith‘s recipe: Blueberry and Cinnamon Muffin Cake with Streusel Topping!
Tonight was my first time to make this recipe and it turned just perfect! I like the topping of this muffin cake because it tastes crunchy. I used almond instead since I had no hazelnut. It’s worth a try.
