No need to say much! Just follow that simple recipe and you’ll find yourself just like in heaven, LOL.
Oh wait! This recipe uses lard that is pig fat. So for if some reasons you cannot use lard then just use all butter (60 gr) for making the pastry. I am pretty sure that would be just fine.
Lard piecrust is actually really delicious, though the idea can be a little off-putting. This tart looks wonderful. Can’t wait to try the recipe. Thanks!

You are right about the lard pie crust. It is delicious indeed, the texture and its flavor, crusty and salty. So it really makes good combination of the flavor to the tart. It’s a worth try! 🙂
