As the moon rises from the east and fulfils the night, so does God fulfil His promise.
Jesus has risen, Alleluia!
Happy Easter, everyone!
It’s been long time since my last post I haven’t yet updated this blog of mine.
Today I wanted to start with my homemade Thai salad that I just made. I’ve been longing for making this salad but never got a chance just until now. I got a recipe from here: Thai Rice Noodle Salad with Coconut Lime Dressing.
In this recipe I added some of my own fruits such as figs and olives. I also added a few of cayenne pepper powder into the dressing as well as crispy onions for garnish. I substituted safflower oil with olive oil as I’ve got none.
Here you go!
“The sun was warm but the wind was chill.
You know how it is with an April day.
When the sun is out and the wind is still,
You’re one month on in the middle of May.
But if you so much as dare to speak,
a cloud come over the sunlit arch,
And wind comes off a frozen peak,
And you’re two months back in the middle of March.”
Flowers are the music of the ground.
From earth’s lips, spoken without sound.
